The fruits (vegetables?) of my labors. Lion’s Mane mushrooms in a sauce made of veggie broth, horseradish, and cranberry sauce. I’m about to go serve it up over mashed potatoes.

So remember the photos I shared recently of my blooming Lion’s Mane mushrooms? They are currently in the oven.

Pulled into the driveway, and “Tati, up!” What’s a Tati to do, but oblige. I love this girl.

Lion’s Mane mushrooms. This photo was taken two days ago. Today the pieces have joined where they touch. Soon, they will be one large mushroom, and I’ll slice it into steaks, marinate them, and broil them.

Today we got to go to the Van Gogh experience in P’cola. It was incredible. While I have a lot of photos and video, I’ll leave you with this one for now.
