@chris One of the Republican’s top goals is to completely destroy public education. The Constitution guarantees a FAPE, but it doesn’t have to be the best. 😡

@AlliFlowers @chris Yah, I hate to be that guy, but the words "free" and "education" do not appear in the 14th Amendment, and the word "public" is there only in reference to debt.

@AlliFlowers @chris I think you're confusing the "equal protection of the laws" preventing segregation or discrimination in schools with a mandate to provide education.
