Do you want to move your Mastodon account, but you don't want to lose your followers?
✅ You can transfer your followers from one Mastodon instance to another by following these steps:
1️⃣ Log into the NEW account on the new instance you want to move to. Go to Edit Profile > Moving From A Different Account > Create An Account Alias
2️⃣ Log into the OLD account on the old instance. Go to Edit Profile > Moving To A Different Account > Configure It Here

@alliflowers how recently did you create a new account here in TA? It was just rebuilt earlier today so any account you had before then is gone.
@alliflowers Okay, it might be safest to create another account here.
@alliflowers Here's what I found:
Sign up on new server.
On NEW server: Go to Account -> Moving FROM another account.
Enter old account's handle.
On OLD server: Go to Account -> Moving TO another account.
Enter new account's handle and submit.
If you choose to do this I'll be careful with the accounts going forward, no more tweaking. 🤣
