Rufus Xavier Sarsparilla is all grown up & still a regular at my backyard feeder. These photos were taken this morning through my back window & shows em in the willow tree--a favorite perch of eirs near the feeder.

Rufus has adopted this wonderfully enby colorway (possibly female, as they run greener than the usually all-orange males; a friend I checked with, however, said that where we live rufous males also sometimes eschew the full orange). Anyway, always love to see em! #RXSarsparilla
