People in #Ontario need to have a general strike. Shut down everything for a week, march and protest against the corrupt criminal #DougFord. I like Mastodon, and I especially like the absence of a daily "main character" that everybody has to hate and mock (especially when that main character is a troll fishing for engagement). But it does lack the madcap energy that certain Twitter moments had, like when an Irish comedian inspired other women to start live-tweeting their periods to the then-prime minister.
@JStatePost His core voters don’t care he is a crook or convicted, cause he’s their Fav Crook gonna make things Right for them. Yet #LittleDonny does not appear to be competitive in the sane portions of the populace. Most, not only don’t want a slimy, raving nincompoop in charge, they actually believe in the foundations the Nation was created upon, to which he is a dire threat.
