WWII was fought to take down fascism and after that were several decades of moving in a better direction, at least my perception. But for 40 yrs in the USA, we are witnessing how the Right Wing is no longer supporting democratic principles, but moving towards fascism, dystopia, cheat to win, destroy the concept of equality in all its applications.
