Kadyrov linked the need to cancel the elections or hold them on an uncontested basis with Russia’s war against Ukraine.

In October 1974, the Spanish government announced it would authorize the construction of nuclear energy plants. Despite being a country under a dictatorship, things got out of hand in the media. The government invited several science journalists to answer the public opinion’s questions. I am observing the pool reactor at one of the experimental nuclear plants.
