@TheOldGuy It would be a good habit to include a topic with just a link and no description Imo.

That said regarding Montana if the State Constitution says We are required to protect our environment, then it appears pretty easy to call them on that. Thankfully the plaintives founds a sympathetic judge to hear the case.

It has been my experience that unless the link includes a good description it limits readership with no description.

@TheOldGuy Regarding the link comment I made, I noticed that when using Mastodon via my browser, that the link you posted regarding the Montana climate lawsuit story, the entire link is not displayed in your toot, there is “npr” and some numbers but no topic. I have to click on it to see what the topic is, and then the entire url is displayed showing the topic. Based on the likely hood of people clicking g or not clicking the link to see what is about is why I commented. No offense intended. 😇
