@Radical_EgoCom In the UK this is the case with teachers unions people say "I have no sympathy for them they got a payrise last year". the teachers are the only ones who havr had their wages atleasg almost keep up with inflation through strong unions
@alteropen @Radical_EgoCom@kolektiva.social unions are the only representation rank and file workers get, otherwise it’s you against “The Man” as the phrase goes. Yes, unions must be reasonable, responsible, have perspective, and the interests of their workers as the prime motivation. Imo, they’re better when they're locally controlled not National.
