Sonny Burton is on death row in AL for a murder he didn't commit. He participated in a robbery, left early, & his accomplice killed a man, getting life without parole on appeal. The jury who tried him & the victim's family don't want Burton executed.

But Gov. Kay Ivey never commutes sentences.
