Republicans scored a victory in their battle to control others in Florida tonight as recreational weed failed in a ballot initiative.
The majority of voters 56% wanted legalized weed but Republicans rigged the system to require 60% of votes.

@mattsheffield The bigger shame in that is that Alabamians were really counting on that since our own state hasn’t managed to start selling the medicinal marijuana that was approved THREE years ago!
