I'm pretty sure that Americans have a First Amendment right to free speech with whomever will listen to them, but I'm not a lawyer.
If you are thinking of the 1799 Logan Act, who no one has ever been prosecuted over, than I'm quite confident that no one will be getting indicted over that.
If anything illegal was discussed than that's different and he'll be charged since the authorities are listening and recording all his calls while on bail.

Reagan did not even get into trouble for helping to get missiles to Iran so they would hold onto the hostages until after the election are something along those lines so it comparison this seems unlikely to bring him another indictment.
