(I dunno about you, but I am thinking English is not their first language).
As much as conjugation is not useful in learning vocabulary in a foreign language, it most certainly DOES label you as a native or non-native speaker.
@ai6yr That’s only because I wasn’t your French teacher. 😉 Some of my former students have gone on to use French at work, or even married francophones.

@AlliFlowers LOL, well, in my case at least. 5 years of conjugating French verbs resulted in my having zero comprehension/ability to speak tourist French 🤪
