So I think I could see myself being for vouchers...but only if the school wasn't pushing religion or indoctrinating students with any extremist ideologies. It should also allow it's teachers & staff to unionize. And it should *obviously* have to pass an accreditation.
It should also serve any student who wishes to attend, and should provide transportation to and from school, and breakfast/lunches for any kids that want/need them. In short- this #school for the public...

AZ Dems don’t have a deep bench but there’s qualified people there-Hobbs knows them. Ultimately I’m with you-it’s her choice & I’ll be out there cheerleading for the ticket👏

The animosity seems not to have carried over to Harris. That would likely change if she chose Shapiro due to the frankly bigoted statements he has made in the past. While his views have changed somewhat since then, I doubt that makes a difference.

But he is widely perceived to have an anti-Palestinian bias. And perceptions matter, whether valid or not.

@AlliFlowers @Incognitim Kelly’s seat would get appointed by the D governor. It wouldn’t be lost. It would be through at least 2026 appointed by Hobbs. Pritzker brings no swing voters. Shapiro vetoed vouchers over a year ago. It was a concession for Rs that was never going. PA passed a new budget since then. No vouchers. He doesn’t support it.
Praying we can all just support whoever it is and stop speculating. We have like less than 48 hours. We can do it.
