Question. As Threads federates, how can someone there follow us here, or vice versa?

Threads users can’t even search for other users.
I think the main promoters of Threads federation are Mastodon users.
The whole idea is wonky and half-baked, cuz Meta doesn’t grok microblogging culture and never has.
I think it’ll be a nothingburger by year-end.
