For future reference, I was just blocked because I disliked a child’s generalization of the term boomer. If you’re making a statement and wouldn’t substitute Black, Gay, Jewish, or Asian, then it’s wrong. Period.

Someone had to say it. And it might as well be from a fellow boomer. Anyway, I have chosen to embrace the term. But I certainly can imagine that there are times when blocking is the right thing to do.

@jpgoldberg I wasn’t gonna block her. I find it just rude. I don’t mind the term as long as it’s preceded by qualifiers like “some” or “many.”
