Defend this, monsters.

I'm sorry, but I've had it with people defending Israel and gaslighting people who point out what is *clearly* going on. And now we have direct confirmation from Israeli officials.
If you are still defending Israeli actions, you are either deluded or a psychopath.
@chiraag The Overton window on the Israel debate is disgusting too. Why is it not reasonable to want to dismantle Israel? It is a settler colonial apartheid state and it cannot be reformed out of it.
@nicholas_saunders @chiraag What about the palestinians living there being slaughtered though? And being forced to take certain roads because others are only for the pure Israelis. I dont think deportation is the answer, and as chiraag pointed out, dismantlement doesn't mean that.
@nicholas_saunders ...to what?
When it's #fromtherivertothesea no doubt it will be all peace and love. But how are you going to get from here to there?
@nicholas_saunders Resistance against colonialism
@nicholas_saunders In the face of unspeakable terrors one should not be scared of forming militias to protect their class from the colonial state. Direct action from both Israelis and Palestinians is also a great way to achieve it.
@gwit fair enough -- sounds like support for the #AlAqsaFlood operation. Given the stated intention of more such operations it can only be inferred that this response was anticipated.
In this respect, at least, the IDF is dancing the tune of Hamas.
So... dismantling the state means...more such conflict, then. How many such operations will it take to finish the job?
@nicholas_saunders Israel actually knew October 7 was coming. They were told in advance. It's my view they didn't do anything about it so that they'd have a cassus belli to flatten Gaza and commit ethnic cleansing to finish the job and colonise the strip.
I don't think Hamas did something good per se. Raping women and killing civilians isn't great. Though, the rapes weren't ordered by any organisation, those were individuals, and now reports are coming out that a majority of the civilian deaths on Oct 7 were perpetrated by the IDF, it was still horrible.
Dismantling the state doesn't need war. But if the colonist government doesn't give up after strikes and protests, rioting etc, then war would be required imo.
I don't think there would be conflict after an equal state was created though. I think the ultra orthodox Jews that are heavily zionist would leave an equal state, especially since they'd likely be kicked out of their colonies and sent back to Tel Aviv or somewhere similar. They'd most likely move back to Europe.
In a perfect world there would be no new state, just a group of communes, but we don't live in a perfect world and people will want a state, so one that attempts a secular equitable state with no apartheid and starts decolonisation is more realistic. Even then, I dont think that will happen. A large majority of Israelis support the invasion, regardless of what zionist defenders say, and the polls show it.
The numbers zionist defenders bring up are the approval ratings of the war monger Netanyahu. But Israelis dont hate him because he has ordered the destruction of what he calls the human animals in Gaza, they hate him because he didn't stop Al Aqsa-Flood and because of the judicial reforms.
It's all just a dream. Unless Israelis and Palestinians band together in resistance against Israeli colonialism, which most Israelis would never do, the state terrorism will never stop.
Sorry for dumping an essay on you though.
