Why is sourdough suddenly so in? My father made sourdough bread, pancakes, cake, etc. back in the late 70s. We had starter filling up the fridge. Nobody else did it. I brought some to college with me, and introduced it to my housemates. Today, it’s far from my favorite.
@AlliFlowers It's because of COVID. All those breadmakers that decided to get into sourdough.
