We use a spice grinder. The problem is the tiny amount of powder that becomes airborne. I'm thinking of creating a kind of fume hood with negative pressure.
@fatpeppers Hrmm…is your grinder covered? I was thinking a blender because of the lid.

It is. Taking it on and off to remove then reload the spice grinder is how it's getting out and airborne.

@fatpeppers What if you cover it with damp (paper) towels so that when you take it off, anything airborne will cling to the towels?
