The professional tech nerds’ disgust with the old #MacBook Pro’s #TouchBar is lost on me. The most cogent criticism was the increased cost. Some just missed the finger memories of their function keys. But most just seem to use the hate of something new as a badge that identified themselves with other professional tech nerds, that small tribe of tastemakers.
That all said, I still find the new #watchOS’s insistence that I confirm the end of a workout infuriating. Why the extra click, #apple??
If people were accidentally turning off their workouts — make the those damn buttons more discreet and tapable rather than add a new level of clicks. This is basic UI stuff.
