@Chalkllate I bought a package of Carolina reaper cheese the other day. Holy hell! I was able to eat a quarter of a slice. Can’t wait to throw a piece into some Mac ‘n cheese though!

@AlliFlowers@talkedabout.social Yeah! Theyre notoriously hot, if you want to make it more manageable in a recipe you could cook it to break down the capsaicin, but if you're planning on working it into food anyway that shouldnt be an issue
Just remember to wash your hands if you're cutting them up! A simple rinse might not get all the oils off
