My phone is currently unable to call out. I've tried a different app; it immediately hangs up. Thoughts?

@aka_quant_noir Hard reset and restore to factory settings. Check to see if you can call out. If you can, there’s app interference. If you can’t, it’s a hardware issue. If the former, add apps back slowly, one at a time. If the later, take the phone in for repair/replacement. @GreenFire
@AlliFlowers @GreenFire I didn't go as far as reset. I did clean out as much storage as I could and deleted a few recent apps, and restarted again in there, and that seems to have corrected my problem. So I think it was an app or two. Thanks.
