Gah, I can't remember who mentioned the other day that The Essex Serpent has Claire Danes in some amazing costumes.

I'm finally back in town where I can watch Apple+ TV. I concur. I didn't even know there had been knitted sweaters with those leg of mutton sleeves. Unless that's entirely a flight of fancy.

So, essentially the theme that I'm getting is it the vicar sucks completely at his job. I find myself yelling pastoral advice at the screen.

I mean that Matthew fellow is straight-up pagan, no doubt. He's passing it off as Christianity but it ain't. Will should be pointing this out. Whole lot of heresy going on.
