I heard somewhere (no clue when/where) that chasidim? chabadniks? wear 2 sets of tefillin to cover all their bases, so to speak, with what is the "correct" version to wear. belt and suspenders theory. however, I've never seen anyone actually wearing 2 pairs. .... how?
