I have been cutting my partner's hair for the last 2.5 years without incident. He's slightly bald on top and on the forehead so I usually just pass the clippers all round. Unfortunately today I had the clippers on the wrong settyand I cut a bald swathe across the top, necessitating complete defoliation to camouflage it. He's now bald and unhappy with me.

@Actionreplay I also have been cutting hubby’s hair since shortly before the pandemic. One day I’d taken the guard off to even up the edges in back and around the ears. He took that moment to tell me he needed more off the side…. He walked around with a bald strip for a week. @purplepadma
