I got lucky. Two of my three students had to cancel this afternoon, so the fourth said “see ya next week.” That means I can watch all of #WWDC.

@AlliFlowers I’m a desktop girl. I feel like if I had a MacBook I’d never use my iPad. I just don’t need 2 portable devices. I just don’t leave my house enough because I’m living the retired life cuz Mom is retired. We only go out when necessary. People here still aren’t keen on being vaccinated. Our local hospital is still paying people with $50 Visa gift cards and these fools still won’t get vaxxed.
@AlliFlowers Me too! And of course you know these people don’t wear masks. We get asked why we are “garbed up” almost everywhere we go. We are still cautious because we are still immunocompromised. Mom beat cancer, but she still has rheumatoid arthritis so she’ll forever be taking immune suppressing drugs. I’m forever disabled yet somehow we still shock people with our masks and gloves.
