After tomorrow, six days…six days until the worst year of my career as a #teacher finally comes to an end. I will never have run so fast out of a school building in my LIFE.
@ScribblerRVA That’s disappointing. What made this year so bad?
@AlliFlowers My father passed away in the 2nd quarter. And that was on top of the student behavior issues and the abundance of work-related stress I was under. By February, I was mentally and emotionally checked out. So yeah, this year cannot end soon enough. I need a recharge and a fresh start.

@AlliFlowers Thank you. 🙏🏾And nope, same school. But I’ll be teaching a new grade level and there will be an change in admin next year.
@ScribblerRVA I’ll keep my fingers crossed that all the changes are for the better. Practice some self-care this summer. You have plenty of time to start prepping for a new grade level.
