The Supreme Court has been corrupted and must be totally reformed:
— full investigation
— term limit of 18 years
— ban the shadow docket
— binding code of ethics + punishments

How's this idea.
Replace the SC with a Supreme Panel, composed of random picks from the numerous federal judges. Pick 3 every 2 years. Thus each serves 6 years on the Panel.
So Federal Judges still get lifetime appointments, but not lifetime on the Panel.
Such an arrangement would be very hard to stack or corrupt.
