Heads up, @ivory / #ivory lets you see and set image descriptions!
To see one, long hold on the thumbnail and select "show media description".
To set, tap the thumbnail one added, and Edit Description.
(These might change with the next update.)
Don't click on the thumbnail; the menu option isn't available when the image is fullscreen.
