Our local police like to know where the kids hang around and do slightly naughty things, like under-age drinking. It means the police know where the kids are and can check on them from time to time and make sure they're safe. And keeping the kids safe would, the police say, be lots harder if the kids weren't hanging around known locations but were scattered in dark places hiding from the police who knows where.
Have MAGA parents get their underaged kids to violate that rule, and then sue the social media company for violating the law.
The law's main purpose is to hurt social media companies, not white kids.
As a bonus, they can arrest Black kids if they use Tik Tok.
