With Hanukkah around the corner, I find myself at the store buying a single potato in service of our latke needs.

@Colarusso I have never been successful making latkes. Suvgagnot are another story entirely. Why I can fry dough but not potatoes is a mystery. You’d think I’d absorb the ability to deep fry from living in the south 30+ years.
