The only way to mesh your creation with someone else’s, especially from a different culture is to keep the definition on the vaguest of terms, benevolent, vindictive, etc. Try to insert rules as defined by the individual, and you might just as well forget the whole thing. “God expects you to get married before having sex.” lol, good one! 🤣
