Me and my husband just recently went bowling for my birthday. I haven't been bowling in probably over 20 years. It was fun. I was TERRIBLE at it. LOL

@Huntn00 No. I felt fine the next day. I did have to buy myself some new walking shoes though. It's crazy how bad shoes can make everything hurt.
