I feel like I mostly post on mastodon about chronic pain/disease #NEISVoid stuff. That said, I do need an outlet and I know there are people here who both understand the need to vent as well as the need to vent to people who understand/have experience with this particular form of miser.y

Not sure if it's related to the fact that I've been a lot more active (hiking up actual mountains, moving firewood for 1.5 hours, that sort of thing) or if it's the weather or if this #autoimmune disorder (probably #RheumatoidArthritis but possibly #PsoriaticArthritis the symptoms and treatments are almost identical) just is doing it's fucked up misery bullshit, but I'm in so much pain I honestly want to cry a lot of the time.
