I have a really tough decision to make this weekend. A store manager job opened in a Montana town I absolutely adore and I would be a shoe in for the position. But, I do enjoy the hell out of the role I’ve had for 10 years and am in no rush to leave. We are happy in the city we reside. Should I stay or should I go?
