Outlines are useful, but craft them with flexibility in mind. You often have no real idea what you need to say until you've started saying it.
@yasha I’ve found outlines to be outstanding as a study reference to refresh my memory professionally and personally. I’ve rewritten many a manual into my own little study guides. I hate all the extraneous verbiage of complete sentences. 😌
