@AlliFlowers clarence thomas is probably the worst of these folk. But there's plenty more where he came from

@deepmud Kinda like that other power couple, Donny and Melanoma.

@AlliFlowers @deepmud Why wouldn't Duodonald Ulcer fit Melanoma as a power couple?

Just asking... 🤡😎

⬆️ @AlliFlowers

>> Was she speaking directly to Clarence Thomas?

She could have been speaking to #TimScott, or any other, but does it matter?

#ClarenceThomas is not the only #black #Republican to humiliate their own people (see #AnitaHill Senate testimony from 3 decades ago), although as part of #SCOTUS he is one of the most consequential.

But calling politicians out by race instead of policies while lamenting #racialInequality is itself inherently #racist, isn't it?

@br00t4c @deepmud

@rameshgupta I hardly think that it is racist to point out a supreme justice who takes vast amounts of bribes.

I don't think black people are very happy about Clarence thomas and his type. Any more than Jewish people are happy with Stephen miller.

Are you suggesting that none of this matters, and to bring it up is racist? So we cannot comment on the vastly corrupt conduct?

⬆️ @deepmud

#JoyAnnReid did not point out #ClarenceThomas at all.

She talked about #black #Republicans hurting black people.

Sure, not a lot of black people are happy with Clarence Thomas, and there are tons of examples why.

She could have pointed out HOW they hurt black people without bringing up their blackness.

That she relied on race to make a point when she didn't HAVE to is why I believe this was #racism (even though she herself is black). I might be wrong.

@rameshgupta it's possible that you are right, but it is the sort of nit picking that I'm allergic to.

None of us is pure enough, I guess.

@rameshgupta She could have been speaking to any number of people. But Clarence Thomas is so reprehensible and hurts so many different people, it's just nice to call him out whenever possible. Cause let's face it, when it comes to fucking over the little guy, Clarence is great at equal opportunity. @br00t4c @deepmud

@AlliFlowers I can, without feeling bad, pile every horrible human quality into the likes of Clarence thomas. And I don't feel bad about it. He's a pig.

His color just makes it worse for some reason...
