It's hard to cook #wfpb #vegan #vegetarian low fat meals for a Midwestern family. They won't eat Japanese or Chinese food, which is easy to adapt. They definitely won't eat Indian or African foods. @kolev I order 4 meals a week from Cook Unity (for each of us). I can have all the vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian meals I want, and hubby gets his meat. Too easy. @wfpb @vegancooking
