I’m all alone again for Christmas but I’m doing my best to hold it together. Baking Chewy Ginger Molasses Cookies and (non-vegan) Blueberry Cookies to take in to work on Christmas Eve.

@KingShawn I’m not brave enough to make them myself, and it’s rare I can find them in bakeries. @jann
@AlliFlowers @jann They are actually fairly easy to make. I don’t like complicated recipes. This one is basically, “throw all the dry stuff in a bowl. Mix. Throw all the wet stuff into another bowl. Mix. Throw the dry stuff into the wet stuff. Mix. Make dough balls. Bake. “ :)
The only important part is you *MUST* slightly underbake them. Otherwise, you get molasses flavoured hockey pucks. :)
