@Rasta Nous avons la meme gout! J’ai toujours les disques d’Harmonium, Beau Domage, et 5 fois 5. J’écoutais CHOM-FM 98.7 à Montréal.

@AlliFlowers I was never good writing French. I put random accents in. I understand what you said, but I have an English keyboard, and lack the structure now.
I knew Celine Dion before she sang in English, and there were no record stores in Nova Scotia that carried French music then. I sent a subordinate home for Christmas in 1983, asking if he could find me this French song, and I got her first album, Melanie . As a DJ , I have every language in music.

@Rasta I don’t like Céline in English. At least her early years before she actually learned the meaning of what she was singing.

@AlliFlowers
This was the song I wanted in 1983. I looked and looked in the one big record store we had (SAM THE RECORD MAN) but you had to be in Quebec to get it.
I was on a French ship. Every young sailor was heading home for Christmas with family.
One that I was helping to learn English, felt that he owed me a favor, and went ahead and found me the whole album. I had good subordinates
