I'm going to say something controversial here, but in my experience as a potentially biased Gen Xer - Gen Z beat Millennials hands down in terms of competence.
@urbanfoxe Some sure do. They’ve been tested by fire and are far more aware of the world in general. But that started with whichever generation was Columbine.
@AlliFlowers is it just that they're 30 something? Was I such a navel-gazer when I was that age? The teens to 25yo's seem to have it so much more together than those I know born in early 90s.
