Judge Kelly is talking now, in the #Tarrio case, prior to his sentencing.
Thing is, he always starts out with such condemnation, then disappoints us with the number of years in the sentence.

@GottaLaff Yea, but if a judge states that someone else was the ultimate, then Trump will use that later to show his innocence.
@AlliFlowers That won't work. This is a sentencing, not a statement of fact in a trial. He may quote him, but the facts will show things as they were.

@AlliFlowers @GottaLaff I was responding to your Not Trump? comment. It's just the conspiracy to overthrow the election seems overarching of a bunch of other smaller ones like 'gather a bunch of people with weapons in DC to cause a riot', 'break into the capitol' 'kill AOC' etc. And I wondered if the judge was implying he was the leader of one or more of these because Trump and his 18 friends are being tried for the grand scheme(s).
