I’ve been in remission for almost 11 years. Last month, my oncologist finally took me off Letrozole, and this week I’m feeling it. I can sleep for 8 hours and wake up refreshed, instead of needing 11 hours just to function. The hot flashes have subsided. Hoping to see similar benefits in blood work for calcium, cholesterol, and blood pressure.

Don't know if those of us who actually predate it will ever fully accept/trust it like the generation currently taking ownership clearly do, but still, even I can't remember what we did before this resource was available. 🤷♂️
