Of all the corporate-speak terms that just grate at me, "growth mindset" shoots to the top of the list -- and it's doubly stupid given how many companies I feel like I'm watching suffocate under the weight of the fact that they grew too quickly.

@Zeb_Larson Didn’t know the corporate world had adopted that one. I thought it was for academics only.
@AlliFlowers Oh no, they *love* it. You know somebody is very serious about being in business when they cherry-pick one or two things they’ve heard from academics or in a TEDx talk and then beat them to death, usually bereft of any context.
