Google have NEVER been able to design an interface to save their lives if it's more complicated than a literal search box, because I don't think they fundamentally understand human beings.

@scottaw Perfect example: I logged into a business account on Chrome this morning to send a group email. Could. Not. Find. Contacts. No group at all. WTF. Switched to Safari and logged into same Google account. Type in group name, and it populates just fine. Why, Google?
