This 2012 Mac has a nice screen, a good battery, a strong antenna, a big hard drive (which is not solid state) and ok, its a bit slow to load things but once they're in memory its fast enough, but it can never be upgraded …

Maybe I could put Linux on it? I need to own a stack of Ubuntu laptops, right?
