Springfield is just the sort of beleaguered heartland manufacturing town Trump and Vance say the MAGA movement wants to help. Instead, the Republican ticket has chosen to make life miserable for the town and its residents for political gain.
It's not just that Trump and Vance are lying about immigrants. It’s that Vance is happy to admit they’re lying. To lie for political purpose & admit to it is to practice a politics so dishonest & manipulative, it shows pure contempt for the American public.

@_eileenie_ We drove through Springfield many years ago. It was a town that looked like its glory days had passed. It was a tired town that clearly was not asking for *more* abuse.
This is just reprehensible.
