@yoused -- Not really. Plutocracy must exploit someone to succeed. Fascism just provides an "acceptable" target of that exploitation and wraps it up in patriotism, and that is something plutocracy can exploit too.
Oligarchs jump onto the Fascism bandwagon because it mainlines the exploitation of the "acceptable" social group to target.
Remember that the Nazis didn't kill all the Jews. Those with skills were exploited for the Nazi effort by industrialists and used as slaves.
