But they didn't, letting down the veterans from the Spanish Civil War (which is the war the originator of the quote fought and died in, by the way) who supported the allies by joining their armies or the French resistance after fleeing the country.

Sue the hospital, the state, the person who released and anyone who saw the records. Take food out of their children's mouths. Cost the hospital so much they have to shut down an entire wing. Cost the State so much they have to raise taxes.
