Steve Schmidt says Ron DeSantis "may be the worst presidential candidate of the last 50 years who has received any attention whatsoever from the national media" But when I see DeSantis I can't help thinking of Scott Walker, the former WI governor. The political media was briefly infatuated with him, he was the GOP's next great hope, and then he imploded.

I never understood the fascination with walker. I thought he was terrible. Zero charisma, terrible ideas, goofy looking.

If you say “I will not change my climate behavior until <Rich Person> stops flying in a private jet”, someone will point at your behavior which releases more carbon than they and say “until they change, I won’t change”. And there will be someone pointing at them who has an even lower impact.

Yes, privat jets must be banned. But everyone must change their behavior. Who releases more, must do more. But this is on everyone.

Because, if everyone is willing to change, we can ground those m-fers.
